Sec. ten. Listening to with the petition. - No petition shall be read throughout the 30 clays preceding any election. "The hearing-shall-be general public, as well as the Solicitor-Typical, both himself or as a result of his delegate or even the provincial fiscal concerned, shall seem on behalf
